Short Course / Short Game Area
Design Criteria:
Owner would like a par 3 course AND/OR an expansive short game area.
Must avoid protected wetland zone
Access site from the southern roadway AND from the cart path above tennis
Experience good for both beginners and 'gambling with drinks'
No budget
Include a grading study with the routing / feature plan.

Thanks for the video. I didn’t follow the contour lines very carefully on the far left lol. I was under the impression it was a large rise not a depression.
