Would love to see the green complex more impacted by the cliff edge. This alternate reality shows the putting surface pulled back towards the precipice, essentially making the sixth a long par 4, but I like the idea of keeping it a 5 and bringing lots of eagles and/or doubles into play. Would be nice to give some short-cut optional routes to the left vs. the big slope of rough today. Either way, Pebble is and always will be the way it is...but...one can always dream!

Here it was back in 1939, pretty rustic, but no clutter behind.
